The following is a list of choices which represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment or cremation.

You are in no way limited to these service options. You may itemize services in order to select only those which are right for you.

Cremation with Memorial Service NO Viewing

This package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff; basic sanitary care when no embalming is desired; memorial service at funeral home, church, or other local facility (at the funeral home); utility vehicle, lead car, flower transfer, etc.; transfer of remains from place of death; cemetery grave equipment and set up (our equipment – no tent) commemorative cremation burial; crematory fee; minimum alternative rigid cremation container; and transfer cremation documents.

Cremation Traditional Service full visitation

Basic Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff
Embalming
Dressing, Casketing, Cosmetology
Use of Facility for visitation (one or two days)
Open/Closed Casket and Memorial Table Display
Use of Facility and Staff for Funeral Ceremony
(our chapel or location of your choice)
Funeral Director, staff and Equipment for a Graveside service
(within 50 miles)

Crematory Fees
Removal of Deceased from place of death to Mortuary (within 50 miles)
Transportation to Crematory and retrieval of cremated remains
Funeral Coach, Utility Vehicle

This service does not include:

- rental hardwood casket or other casket of your choice

- Pallbearer or family cars

- Printed Materials, Urn, Outer Burial Container

Any cash advance items, including, but not limited to: opening/closing grave, tent, engraving death date on existing marker, honorariums for clergy or musicians, Sales tax on merchandise
