Donald A Wolfe

Donald A. Wolfe was born March 26, 1952, in Battle Creek, Michigan to Ed and Kathyrn (Ellis) Sanders and passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021, at his home in York at the age 69.

As a young man, Don attended a tech school for two years in California and enlisted into the Marine Corp in 1973.  He was united in marriage to August 25, 1975, in Okinawa, Japan.  To this union three daughters were born:  Saudi, Uki, and Mayumi.  Upon his discharge, he and his family moved to Nebraska where he was employed with the Nebraska State Corrections in York.  He was a member of the York American Legion.  

Survivors, wife, Taeko, York, daughters and sons-in-law, Saudi and Chad Robbins, Marshall, MO, Uki Wolfe, York and Mayumi and Doug Ackley, Conway, AR, 4 grandchildren, Haley and Ashley Robbins, Trenton and Kenneth Coble, two great-grandchildren, Luca Glass and Clara McCarl, a grandson-in-law, Nick McCarl.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, and a mother-in-law, Kamado Toguchi.
